Park City Fun

During the first weekend in August, Scoot and I took his two kids to Park City to have some fun. It was great! We spent one whole day at the Olympic Park doing various activities. We watched the skiing pros put on a show. It was amazing. I wonder if they ever get over the butterflies in their stomach when they are flying through the air doing unbelievable tricks and stunts.

Scooter and Trevor rode the bobsled. Wild!! Lindsey and I couldn't get over our fear of it, so we happily watched from the side lines. Scooter said it was like nothing he has ever experienced before, and Trevor was pretty quiet about the whole thing. It took them just over 60 seconds to do the whole track. We took a trip or two down the zip lines and just hung out. The kids swam with Scoot. We played CLUE. We slept in as long as Adessa would let us. We just had fun. It was so nice to spend the time with Trevor and Lindsey. They are getting older and their lives are getting busier. It seems to be harder and harder to get that much time all at once with them. I hope we will do it again someday!
